Fees

Conference fees are charged in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). 1 Euro is appr. 10 NOK.

Fees include admission to all sessions, all lunches and coffees during conference, opening reception at the Oslo City Hall and evening event at the National Opera House.

Please note that the full congress registration is excluding the pre-conference workshops.

Registration reopens 01 May 2020.

Payment

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration.
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment. 

Payments by credit card are charged 3% merchant fee.

All payments should be made in NOK. Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. 

• Cancellation before 15th of May 2020: Payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%.
• For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made.
• Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
• The fee for any amendments is NOK 350 (approx 35 EUR)
